Handmade Ceramic Chip and Dip Bowl – Spearmint Green
This handmade ceramic chip and dip bowl is designed for relaxed snacking, grazing and entertaining.
The divided design gives you space for chips, crackers, vegetables, olives or small snacks, with a built-in side section for dip, salsa, sauce, pips or toothpicks. It is especially useful for casual evenings, grazing boards, entertaining, or enjoying snacks in front of the TV.
This piece is handmade in my Melbourne pottery studio and finished in a soft spearmint green glaze. The glaze on this current piece is slightly different from earlier green versions, with a softer, mistier finish and natural handmade variation across the surface.
Each bowl is individually made and glazed, so no two are exactly alike. Small variations in shape, glaze movement and finish are part of the character of handmade pottery.

Most Buxton Pottery pieces are made from high-fired stoneware clay, chosen for its strength, durability and suitability for everyday use.
Crystalline pottery pieces are generally made from high-fired porcelain, which provides a smooth, light-coloured surface that allows the crystal glazes to develop clearly during firing.
All pieces are individually handmade and finished with food-safe ceramic glazes.

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Melbourne within 2–3 business days. Australia-wide shipping is calculated at checkout.
As each piece is handmade, natural variations in shape, colour and glaze are part of its individual character and are not considered faults.
Buxton Pottery does not accept returns for change of mind. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me so I can discuss the issue with you.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact me promptly with photos of the item and packaging. Depending on availability, I will arrange a replacement or refund.

Microwave safe and dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended to help preserve the glaze finish.
Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as moving pottery directly from the refrigerator into a hot oven. Buxton Pottery is not thermal-shock ware and should not be exposed to rapid changes in temperature.

Lovely item, arrived well packaged.
The quality is great and it's a lovely piece - but the section for the dip is way too small. Not practical for "dip and chips". I've since passed onto someone else to use for olives and pips.
