This large, handmade crystalline ceramic vase is a true statement piece.

Finished in a luminous white glaze with soft gold-toned crystal blooms, this vase carries an ethereal, almost floral quality. The crystalline formations have developed organically during the firing process, creating layered petal-like patterns that radiate across the rounded belly and into the flared rim.

The Crystalline Process

Crystalline glazing is both artistic and scientific.

After the initial high-temperature firing, the kiln is held at precise temperatures to allow crystal growth within the glaze. The gold and ivory blooms form naturally and cannot be controlled or replicated exactly.

No two crystalline pieces are ever the same.

Each vase is:

This hand-made ceramic crystalline vase is a perfect shape for a single bloom or just a perfect display piece. It is porcelain pottery with a specialist crystalline glaze that is one of a kind; due to the process of creating these glazes, the crystals develop randomly, so these are one of a kind.
This pottery bottle has an almost mirror finish in a deep green. It is impossible to show the luxurious glaze at its best in a photo. There is a small blemish on the body of the bowl, It can be seen clearly at the end of the video it is a very small surface crack. "The blemish on the pot is not affecting its ability to carry water." This is a Second Normally priced at $95 Now Only $50

The firing process uses a complex schedule with several temperature ramps to create different crystal growth formations. The kiln is fired to a maximum temperature of around 1300c (cone 10) and then cooled to specific holding temperatures to allow crystals to form in the glaze.

We suggest hand washing this vase to keep it at its best.
Please do not put it in a microwave.
