Handmade by Buxton Pottery
Each bowl is thrown individually on the potter's wheel before being carefully trimmed, glazed and high-fired for strength and durability.

Materials
Materials
Most Buxton Pottery pieces are made from high-fired stoneware clay, chosen for its strength, durability and suitability for everyday use.
Crystalline pottery pieces are generally made from high-fired porcelain, which provides a smooth, light-coloured surface that allows the crystal glazes to develop clearly during firing.
All pieces are individually handmade and finished with food-safe ceramic glazes.
