Its rounded shape helps shelter the salt, while the generously sized front opening makes it easy to reach in and take a pinch as you cook. A handmade ceramic loop at the side neatly holds the included wooden spoon.
The softly varied green glaze has darker mottling across the rounded top, giving the salt cellar an earthy, organic character. As an individually handmade piece, it brings both function and warmth to the kitchen bench.

All pieces are individually handmade and finished with food-safe ceramic glazes.

As each piece is handmade, natural variations in shape, colour and glaze are part of its individual character and are not considered faults.
Buxton Pottery does not accept returns for change of mind. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me so I can discuss the issue with you.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact me promptly with photos of the item and packaging. Depending on availability, I will arrange a replacement or refund.
