Handmade Ceramic Tumbler – 250ml
This handmade ceramic tumbler is a compact, versatile pottery cup with soft turquoise green glaze movement and deeper charcoal-green accents.
At approx. 250ml, it is a lovely size for a smaller coffee, tea, water, juice, whisky, wine, or an everyday cup beside the bed or on the kitchen bench. The straight-sided form gives it a simple, modern feel, while the layered glaze adds depth, texture and handmade character.
Each tumbler is wheel-thrown and glazed by hand in my Melbourne pottery studio. The glaze has natural movement across the surface, with soft green-blue tones, deeper shadowy markings and subtle variation around the rim. No two pieces are exactly alike.

Materials
Most Buxton Pottery pieces are made from high-fired stoneware clay, chosen for its strength, durability and suitability for everyday use.
Crystalline pottery pieces are generally made from high-fired porcelain, which provides a smooth, light-coloured surface that allows the crystal glazes to develop clearly during firing.
All pieces are individually handmade and finished with food-safe ceramic glazes.

As each piece is handmade, natural variations in shape, colour and glaze are part of its individual character and are not considered faults.
Buxton Pottery does not accept returns for change of mind. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me so I can discuss the issue with you.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact me promptly with photos of the item and packaging. Depending on availability, I will arrange a replacement or refund.

Microwave safe and dishwasher safe, although hand washing is recommended to help preserve the glaze finish.
Avoid sudden temperature changes, such as moving pottery directly from the refrigerator into a hot oven. Buxton Pottery is not thermal-shock ware and should not be exposed to rapid changes in temperature.
