Handmade Ceramic Salt Pig – Seafoam Green
This handmade ceramic salt pig is a practical and beautiful kitchen piece, designed to keep salt close at hand while cooking.
Wheel-thrown and handmade in my Melbourne pottery studio, it features a soft seafoam green glaze with a glossy finish and subtle handmade glaze variation. The rounded form has an open front for easy access to salt, with a side handle detail designed to hold a small spoon.
It is ideal for keeping flaky salt, sea salt or cooking salt on the kitchen bench, beside the stove or on a serving table.
Measuring approximately 11cm tall x 11cm across the base, with an opening of approximately 6.5cm x 4cm, this salt pig is compact but useful for everyday cooking.
Each piece is handmade and individually glazed, so small variations in shape, glaze depth, colour and finish are part of its handmade character.

Buxton Pottery does not accept returns for change of mind. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me so I can discuss the issue with you.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact me promptly with photos of the item and packaging. Depending on availability, I will arrange a replacement or refund.
